Interim Finance Officer – Accounts Payable & Receivable

About the role

We are seeking an organised, customer‑focused Finance Officer to join our team on an interim basis. You will play a key part in processing high‑volume accounts payable and receivable transactions while supporting the rollout of a new AP system.

Key responsibilities

• Process large volumes of accounts payable and accounts receivable entries accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to supplier and internal stakeholder queries, providing timely and professional support.
• Assist with the implementation and ongoing use of the new accounts payable system.
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
• Identify and suggest improvements to existing finance processes.
• Support the wider finance team as needed.

Required profile

• Positive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Experience in a finance, accounts payable or accounts receivable environment.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive, flexible and solution‑focused approach.
