Interim Finance Operations Lead – SAP S/4HANA

About the role

You will join a global organisation that is undergoing a large‑scale SAP S/4HANA transformation. The role focuses on shaping finance operations data, ensuring it supports real‑time reporting and efficient supply‑chain processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of finance data structures for product costing, inventory and material ledger within the S/4HANA programme.
• Define and embed enterprise data standards, supporting migration from legacy ERP systems.
• Drive data quality, governance and integration across global finance and supply‑chain teams.
• Translate complex data models into practical business solutions and guide change from current to future state.
• Influence senior stakeholders and collaborate with international cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong experience in operations finance, especially product costing, inventory and material ledger.
• Proven track record supporting large‑scale ERP or transformation programmes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in a global environment.
• Ability to prioritise and deliver in a fast‑moving, evolving programme.
