About the role
We are seeking an Interim Financial Controller to lead the finance function for an international logistics division experiencing rapid European expansion. Reporting to the Divisional Managing Director, you will oversee a finance team and drive financial performance across the business.
Key responsibilities
- Provide financial control and governance for the division.
- Lead commercial and strategic financial decision‑making.
- Oversee European financial operations and reporting.
- Enhance finance systems and processes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks.
Required profile
- Fully qualified accountant with strong technical expertise.
- Extensive experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling.
- Proven management skills and ability to lead a finance team.
- Ambitious and motivated to contribute to a high‑growth European business.
