Interim FP&A Manager – Bicester

About the role

This interim position supports a growing business in Bicester, leading the finance function’s budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis while driving the implementation of a new planning and forecasting software system.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting cycles across the business.
• Deliver detailed financial analysis and commercial insight to support strategic decision‑making.
• Produce management reporting packs and KPI analysis.
• Support cash‑flow forecasting and scenario planning.
• Partner with operational and commercial stakeholders to improve FP&A processes.
• Manage the implementation, configuration, testing and rollout of a new financial planning software platform.
• Provide training, adoption support and ensure data integrity and reporting automation.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an FP&A Manager or Senior Commercial Finance professional, preferably in interim or transformation environments.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling capabilities.
• Track record of implementing planning, forecasting or EPM software.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, changing environment with immediate availability.

What we offer

• Daily rate of £400‑£550.
• Initial six‑month contract with potential extension.
