Interim Group Financial Controller

About the role
The role is a six‑month interim assignment reporting to the CFO of a national services business based in Warrington. You will be responsible for establishing a Group finance structure following recent acquisitions.
Key responsibilities
- Establish monthly Group reporting and consolidation processes.
- Acquire and implement a Group consolidation tool.
- Control the budget and forecasting process.
- Partner closely with operational Finance Directors.
- Review balance sheet and maintain controls.
- Manage treasury and cash management activities.
Required profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified accountant.
- Strong technical accounting expertise.
- Available to start immediately or on short notice.

- Initial six‑month fixed‑term contract (outside IR35) with potential extension.
