Interim Group Head of Quality

About the role

Elevation Recruitment Group is partnering with a manufacturing group in South West England to find an Interim Group Head of Quality. This 3‑6 month fixed‑term position provides senior leadership across several UK sites, driving rapid, measurable improvements in quality performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate quality activities across multiple manufacturing facilities.
• Assess existing systems, processes and performance, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions to stabilise and enhance quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
• Coach and guide site quality teams, fostering best‑practice adoption.
• Serve as the senior point of contact for all quality matters, engaging internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong background in manufacturing quality management, preferably in multi‑site environments.
• Proven ability to deliver rapid impact with a pragmatic, solutions‑focused approach.
• Confident communicator capable of influencing at all organisational levels.
• Comfortable working in fast‑paced, evolving settings and available at short notice.
