Join a well-established SME in Derbyshire as an Interim Management Accountant for a 3 to 6-month mission. Working closely with the Financial Controller within a dynamic and busy finance team, you will play a key role in structuring and revitalizing the finance function in a fast-growing environment.

Missions principales

• Prepare monthly management accounts and support the month-end closing process.
• Assist in cleaning up financial data backlogs and performing essential reconciliations.
• Conduct balance sheet reviews and implement robust internal controls.
• Identify, design, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Provide broad financial support, including transactional tasks typical of a growing SME.
• Meet strict reporting deadlines and ensure data accuracy.

Profil recherché

• Qualified by experience (QBE) or currently pursuing professional accounting qualifications.
• Proven experience working within an SME environment.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver immediate value from day one.
• Hands-on approach with a proactive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong team player capable of integrating into a close-knit finance department.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
