Interim NetSuite Lead – Finance Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interim NetSuite Lead to own and optimise the Oracle NetSuite platform for a leading energy provider. This 3‑6 month contract will bridge the gap between a departing team member and a new permanent hire, ensuring continuity and driving finance system evolution.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the Oracle NetSuite platform.
• Lead ongoing development and optimisation following the 2023 implementation.
• Capture, document and embed critical system knowledge for finance team continuity.
• Enhance reporting capabilities, strengthen financial controls and drive process automation.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive NetSuite asset register.
• Promote adoption and understanding of NetSuite across finance through training and support.
• Partner with the CFO and finance leadership to identify and deliver continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Manage integration of hardware and software with NetSuite to meet evolving business needs.

Required profile

• Strong Oracle NetSuite experience, preferably within a finance environment.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, improve processes and translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Proactive, hands‑on approach with a passion for continuous improvement.
