About the role

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking an Interim Operations Expert to support a leading European plastic packaging manufacturer during a period of significant change. This eight‑week contract is based in Bridgwater and requires an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site reconciliation projects and manage timelines using Gantt charts.
• Oversee day‑to‑day manufacturing operations at an executive level.
• Drive change initiatives and influence senior operators to achieve performance targets.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth operational transitions.

Required profile

• Extensive project management experience, preferably within site reconciliation.
• Proven executive‑level operational experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and influencing abilities to guide senior staff through change.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bridgwater for the contract duration.
