Interim PPC Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Interim PPC Executive to join a media and agency client in Woking on a temporary basis. The role will focus on planning, launching and optimising pay‑per‑click recruitment campaigns to drive high‑quality applications and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and continuously optimise recruitment campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, with occasional use of Microsoft Advertising, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Indeed, Appcast and Acast.
• Interpret client briefs, meet deadlines and produce insight‑driven performance reports that explain the impact of each campaign.
• Analyse data to improve cost‑per‑application, increase click‑through quality and uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and the wider delivery team to keep campaigns on track and keep clients informed.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of hands‑on experience managing PPC campaigns.
• Proven ability to work independently, anticipate issues and take ownership of deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of following briefs accurately.
• Comfortable turning numerical data into clear, actionable stories.
• Recruitment marketing experience is a plus but not mandatory.
