Interim Project/Delivery Manager

About the role

This is a three‑month interim position supporting a high‑profile global virtual hackathon for a not‑for‑profit organisation in Cambridge. The role is predominantly remote with occasional visits to the Cambridge office and sits at the intersection of technology, innovation and regulatory affairs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, track and execute delivery across multiple workstreams.
• Manage scheduling, meeting facilitation and follow‑up actions for a cross‑functional team and diverse stakeholders.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with technology partners throughout the engagement lifecycle.
• Maintain project artefacts such as risk logs, decision registers and detailed project plans.
• Support data‑governance activities, including data‑privacy compliance.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in a technology or financial‑services environment.
• Experience managing technology or industry partnerships, including onboarding, relationship management and reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across senior and technical audiences.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
