Interim TPRM Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Interim Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) Manager to support a major transformation programme. The role will help redesign and embed best‑practice processes, governance and technology solutions across the supplier risk landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Support the redesign and delivery of an enhanced TPRM operating model.
• Evaluate current processes and define improved approaches to supplier segmentation, due diligence, monitoring and risk controls.
• Develop and maintain policies, procedures, control documentation and reporting capabilities.
• Drive standardisation, simplification and automation throughout the supplier lifecycle.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams and subject‑matter experts to ensure regulatory compliance and operational resilience.
• Contribute to change initiatives, stakeholder engagement and continuous process improvement.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience in Third‑Party Risk Management, Supplier Assurance or Vendor Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks, governance requirements and regulatory expectations.
• Demonstrated experience improving, transforming or implementing TPRM processes.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and technology teams, influencing and supporting change.
• Exposure to procurement or supplier management environments is desirable.
• Self‑starter who can work at pace and build effective relationships.
