Interim TSA Compliance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for an Interim TSA Compliance Analyst to support a leading telecoms organisation in meeting the requirements of the UK Telecoms Security Act. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the Reading office, and runs for six months.

Key responsibilities

• Identify non‑compliance, control weaknesses and inconsistencies, and support remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain an understanding of TSA measures and how they operate in practice.
• Review compliance across systems, processes and third‑party arrangements by liaising with key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of TSA compliance processes.
• Support internal and external audit activities related to TSA measures.
• Provide and validate evidence for TSA assurance activities.
• Assist with vendor operational security reviews, including control assessments and risk identification.

Required profile

• Background in audit and compliance, with experience gathering and assessing evidence.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience reviewing processes, systems or documentation against defined requirements.
• Good analytical skills.
• Preferably experience in the telecoms industry; knowledge of the TSA is a plus.
