About the role

Join PHS Greenleaf as an Interior Horticultural Technician, maintaining and installing interior plant displays for a range of high‑profile clients, including Buckingham Palace. This full‑time, permanent position offers an immediate start and a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Water, trim and clean interior plant displays on a regular schedule.
• Assist with the installation of new plant displays, ensuring minimal disruption to client environments.
• Provide courteous, discreet customer service throughout all stages of the project.
• Maintain accurate records of plant health and service activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience maintaining interior plant displays.
• Strong eye for detail and genuine interest in plants.
• Outgoing, polite and positive attitude when interacting with customers.
• Full UK manual driving licence and willingness to work flexible hours.

Required skills

• Computer literacy.
