Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technologist

About the role

We are seeking an Intermediate or Senior Architectural Technologist to join our Milton Keynes team. The role involves delivering high‑volume retail schemes for a major UK supermarket chain, offering real responsibility and client exposure within a collaborative, forward‑thinking practice.

Key responsibilities

• Produce detailed technical drawing packages using Revit.
• Deliver projects across RIBA Stages 3‑6.
• Work on retail schemes for a major supermarket client.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors and internal teams.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Attend client and site meetings as required.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and technical standards.

Required profile

• Intermediate or senior level with strong UK project experience.
• Proficient in Revit (essential).
• Solid experience in technical delivery and detailing.
• Previous retail or rollout project experience is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of Building Regulations and construction processes.
• Ability to manage workload across multiple projects.
• Confident communicator with a proactive approach.
