Intermediate/Junior Mechanical Design Engineer

About the role

Join a prestigious consultancy with over 50 years of experience in Mechanical and Electrical Building Services. As an Intermediate/Junior Mechanical Design Engineer you will design mechanical systems for a variety of building types, working from concept through to on‑site completion.

Key responsibilities

• Develop detailed mechanical designs for new and existing building projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary design teams and attend client meetings.
• Produce design documentation using industry‑specific software.
• Support project delivery by ensuring designs meet performance, safety and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the building services sector.
• Experience interacting with clients and contributing to design team discussions.
• Proficiency in using industry‑specific mechanical design software.
