Internal Audit – Temporary (Banking)

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Audit professional on a temporary basis to support a leading bank operating in the automotive sector. You will help deliver the audit plan, work from planning through to conclusion, and collaborate with management to improve control effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Lead audit activities from planning to final reporting.
• Support the risk management process and promote continuous improvement.
• Report findings and recommendations to the leadership team.
• Uphold professional internal audit standards and conduct rules.
• Collaborate with management to enhance control effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in an audit role, preferably within financial services or banking.
• Good knowledge of local regulations related to consumer financing, transparency, anti‑money laundering and insurance.
• Independent, objective mindset with the ability to challenge existing processes constructively.
• Strong enthusiasm for internal audit and a desire to excel.
• Ability to work under pressure and communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
