Internal Auditor

About the role

Tetra Pak is seeking an Internal Auditor to join its UK audit team in Windsor. The role involves delivering audits across the global organisation, identifying risks, and recommending improvements that support the Group’s sustainability and performance objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on audits of organisations, projects, processes and issues critical to the Group’s objectives.
• Support the audit strategy by contributing to improvement programmes and developing risk‑based audit methodologies.
• Deliver detailed analyses, provide actionable recommendations and interact with senior management.
• Assist the Audit Manager in enhancing audit efficiency and effectiveness across the department.
• Participate in the development and optimisation of audit tools, leveraging data analytics and artificial intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive process optimisation and organisational learning.
• Maintain continuous professional development and stay current with emerging audit techniques.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting or audit.
• Proven experience in internal audit or related risk‑management functions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel internationally (30‑40% of the time).
