Internal Business Development Manager – Bridging Finance

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Internal Business Development Manager to support and grow relationships with mortgage and specialist finance brokers for a fast‑growing property finance lender. Based in our Altrincham office, you will promote a range of bridging finance products over the phone and virtual meetings, helping brokers find suitable lending solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with intermediaries via phone and email, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Promote residential, commercial, semi‑commercial and auction bridging finance products.
• Respond to broker enquiries, provide product information and assist in progressing new business opportunities.
• Make proactive outbound calls to generate enquiries and expand the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales and underwriting teams to support brokers throughout the lending process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with product features and market trends in bridging finance.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a telephone‑based business development or sales role.
• Proven track record of promoting bridging finance products.
• Confident telephone manner with excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset and a desire to develop a career in property finance.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple enquiries.
• Comfortable working as part of an office‑based team.
