Internal Communications Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative communicator to join a global leader in talent solutions as an Internal Communications Executive. You will develop and deliver engaging internal content that connects and inspires employees across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging content across a variety of internal channels.
• Support employee engagement campaigns and communication initiatives.
• Produce written, visual, and video content.
• Drive new ideas and processes to improve engagement.
• Manage communication calendars and internal platforms.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Required profile

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Experience in communications, ideally within professional services.
• Excellent writing and content creation abilities.
• Creative, proactive, highly organised and a strong team player.
