Internal Communications Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to lead global internal communications for a truly international business. Reporting directly to the Group Chief People Officer and the Group CEO, you will shape communication strategy and deliver key initiatives across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead internal communications activities across all regions, ensuring consistency and impact.
• Support rollout of business priorities, people initiatives and transformation projects.
• Partner with senior leadership to craft clear, consistent messaging.
• Create engaging content, campaigns and messaging that resonate with a global workforce.
• Establish best‑practice processes, structures and governance for internal communications.
• Act as the trusted communications partner for executive leadership.

Required profile

• Proven internal communications experience in a global or multi‑region organisation.
• Track record of working closely with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery.
• Strong writing, storytelling and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Comfortable owning the internal communications function independently.
