Internal Communications & Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Internal Communications & Marketing Executive to join Grundon’s Marketing team in Colnbrook. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will keep employees informed, engaged and connected through clear, timely communications and internal campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of an effective internal communications strategy.
• Maintain and enhance the GrunHub platform, coordinating with its developer to deliver consistent, on‑brand content across digital and physical channels (emails, screens, posters, JotForms, colleague materials).
• Create and share engaging content such as articles, photography, video, internal emails and push notifications.
• Collaborate with Graphic Designers to produce visual assets for various communication channels.
• Analyse employee feedback, surveys and engagement data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Produce monthly internal communications performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Support Sales and Client Engagement teams with marketing activities, including customer events like Waste Awareness Days.
• Monitor and maintain stocks of promotional materials and sales literature.

Required profile

• Passionate, driven and able to work hands‑on in a fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to advise senior leaders.
• Analytical mindset with experience using feedback and data to improve engagement.
• Collaborative team player comfortable working across departments.

Required skills

• Experience with JotForms.
• Proficiency in analytics tools for measuring communication effectiveness.
