Internal Communications Partner – Europe

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Communications Partner to support our European business units. You will work closely with senior leaders, HR, and cross‑functional teams to shape and deliver clear, engaging messages that build trust and drive employee engagement across a diverse set of markets.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leaders, HR, and business units (e.g., TikTok, GBS, Product, Technology) to design and execute internal communication strategies.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on policy and management communications, ensuring alignment with European regulatory and cultural requirements.
• Lead regionally sensitive and confidential projects, translating complex messages into understandable content for all employee levels.
• Develop proactive and reactive messaging around events that impact employee sentiment.
• Support crisis‑management communications in collaboration with Physical Security and local teams.
• Plan and deliver content, logistics, and facilitation for regional All‑Hands and market‑level Town Halls.
• Collaborate with Global Internal Communications to align on company‑wide objectives and sentiment.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, self‑driven communicator passionate about internal communications as a driver of employee engagement.
• Proven experience working across European markets with deep knowledge of local employment laws and best practices.
• Comfortable engaging senior leaders and building strong cross‑functional relationships.
• Creative thinker able to design and launch innovative communication projects.
