Internal Recruiter – Full‑time Permanent Role

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Internal Recruiter to own the end‑to‑end hiring process for a fast‑scaling, award‑winning organisation. You will work closely with senior HR leadership and hiring managers to build a high‑performing workforce that supports our next phase of growth.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define resourcing needs and create compelling job adverts.
• Advertise vacancies and proactively source candidates across multiple channels.
• Manage shortlisting, interview coordination and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Deliver offers, handle feedback and manage rejections professionally.
• Produce regular recruitment reports, track hiring metrics and use insights to improve effectiveness.
• Champion employer branding initiatives and support recruitment events.
