Internal Sales Administrator – Leeds

About the role

We are looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join our Leeds concrete plant team. The role supports the sales function for construction material products, handling customer enquiries and processing orders.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound phone enquiries promptly, record details and raise quotations within agreed tolerances.
• Process order acknowledgements, update the Excalibur system and manage cash‑sales data for the Purchase Ledger team.
• Generate weekly sales reports for the Area Sales Manager and identify upsell opportunities.
• Maintain accurate notes on customer interactions and proactively spot new or declining accounts.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer relationships and ability to build new contacts.
• Excellent time‑management and attention to detail to ensure accurate sales data.
• Motivation to grow the customer base and upsell a range of products.
