Internal Sales Executive – Electrical Wholesale

About the role
We are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join a London Docklands based electrical wholesaler. The role combines office‑based telesales with hands‑on trade‑counter duties, supporting both outbound B2B calls and in‑store customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound B2B telesales calls to businesses that use electrical products.
- Manage existing accounts and build long‑lasting customer relationships.
- Assist customers on the trade floor and liaise with warehouse staff.
- Support the team across all sales and service activities as needed.
Required profile
- Proven outbound telesales experience.
- Experience selling to appropriate decision‑makers.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Background in electrical wholesale (or lighting) sales.
- Driving licence (essential).
- Trade‑counter experience (desirable).
Required skills
What we offer
- Salary £30,000‑£40,000 per year plus commission, profit share and other benefits.
- Full‑time permanent contract, 8 am‑5.30 pm Monday‑Friday (optional Saturday 8 am‑12 pm paid as overtime).
- 25 days holiday.
