Internal Sales Executive

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive to join our fast‑moving technical and construction supply team in St Helens. You will own the full sales cycle, from the first enquiry through to order completion, while receiving full training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer enquiries and projects from initial contact to order fulfilment.
• Negotiate pricing, produce accurate quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
• Maintain the CRM with up‑to‑date information on leads, opportunities and customer interactions.
• Build and sustain relationships with major contractors, customers and prospects.
• Provide technical advice on product specifications, features and installation where required.

Required profile

• Motivated, self‑driven and eager to achieve targets.
• Confident communicator with a positive attitude.
• Either early‑career with some sales or telephone experience, or a newcomer ready to learn quickly.
