Internal Sales Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Sales Team Leader to support the Internal Sales Manager in a fast‑paced commercial environment. You will help drive a high‑performance, customer‑focused culture while overseeing daily team activities and ensuring excellent service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Internal Sales Manager in leading and motivating the internal sales team.
• Promote a proactive, sales‑first culture focused on customer engagement and business growth.
• Provide day‑to‑day coaching, guidance and workload allocation.
• Monitor team performance, identify improvement opportunities and report KPIs.
• Resolve escalated customer queries and operational issues.
• Act as first point of contact in the manager’s absence.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives and new processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an internal sales, customer service or commercial office setting.
• Experience leading, supervising or mentoring a team, formally or informally.
• Strong organisational and workload‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems
