Internal Training & Development Officer

About the role

Join Kids Planet as an Internal Training & Development Officer and help shape the professional growth of our early years teams across the UK. You will design, deliver and evaluate a range of training programmes that support safeguarding, EYFS, behaviour management and more.

Key responsibilities

• Assess training needs in collaboration with Operations, Training, Integration and Academy teams.
• Deliver engaging sessions through in‑person workshops, webinars, e‑learning, coaching and roadshows.
• Create bespoke CPD content and high‑quality e‑learning modules.
• Ensure statutory training requirements are met and monitor training impact.
• Foster a supportive community within nurseries to make training accessible and effective.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years.
• Proven experience designing and delivering training for early years staff.
• Strong ICT and communication abilities.
• Full, clean driving licence and own vehicle for field‑based work.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and occasional overnight stays.
