International Medical Assistance Coordinator

About the role

Healix is looking for an International Medical Assistance Coordinator to join its fast‑paced team in Esher. You will support members who need urgent medical help anywhere in the world, from road‑traffic accidents in Uganda to heart attacks in Beijing.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 customer service for medical emergencies occurring globally.
• Arrange local treatment, air‑ambulance transfers or commercial flights with qualified medical escorts.
• Collaborate with medical professionals, insurers and travel partners to develop appropriate care plans.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Work rotating early, middle and late shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Empathetic, adaptable and able to work under pressure.
• Strong geographical knowledge and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Team‑player with a proactive, ownership‑driven attitude.
• Ability to commute to the Esher office.
