International Order Administrator – French Speaker

About the role

We are looking for an International Order Administrator who is fluent in French to join our growing technology company. Based in Northwich, you will support the international team by managing orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth communication with customers across Europe, especially France.

Key responsibilities

• Process and expedite international orders, with a focus on mainland European markets.
• Maintain accurate order records and track shipment status.
• Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Provide a trusted point of contact for key customers, handling inquiries and issues.
• Collaborate with the wider international team to improve order flow and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Fluent French language skills (additional European languages a plus).
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience in order, supplier or customer service administration.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a hybrid (home‑office/on‑site) team.
