International Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an International Sales Manager for a market‑leading manufacturer of scientific instrumentation. The role involves promoting analytical equipment to customers in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and materials sectors worldwide, while travelling extensively to support distributors and direct clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and support an international distributor network and direct customers.
• Travel abroad to conduct customer visits, installations, and training sessions.
• Deliver technical product demonstrations, presentations and attend trade shows.
• Organise and deliver customer training courses.
• Support the creation of new applications and testing methods.
• Provide technical and application support throughout the sales cycle.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in global markets.

Required profile

• Degree (BSc or higher) in Food Science, Materials Science or a related scientific discipline.
• Proven experience selling scientific or analytical instrumentation.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience working with international customers or distributor networks.
• Commercial mindset with a passion for business development.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
