International Tax Advisory Manager

About the role

This position is a pure international tax advisory role within a leading Big 4 firm in London. You will work on high‑profile cross‑border projects, supporting multinational clients through M&A, restructurings and global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver complex international tax advisory projects for multinational clients.
• Advise on cross‑border restructurings, M&A transactions and international expansion strategies.
• Provide guidance on Pillar 2, CFCs, anti‑hybrid rules, financing structures and IP planning.
• Manage client relationships and act as a trusted adviser on strategic tax matters.
• Collaborate with specialists across multiple jurisdictions.
• Support business development and identify growth opportunities.
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members.
• Oversee project delivery, budgets and client service quality.

Required profile

• ACA, CTA, ATT, CA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong corporate tax advisory experience with exposure to international tax matters.
• Good understanding of cross‑border tax issues and international structuring.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering complex projects.
• Commercially minded with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coaching or managing junior team members.
• Interest in working with large multinational and international businesses.
