Investment Associate – Infrastructure Secondaries

About the role

We are partnering with a global institutional infrastructure investor to expand its newly created secondaries team. The Investment Associate will work in London (or Munich) supporting a high‑performing, collaborative group that manages a sizable portfolio of fund‑of‑funds, secondaries and co‑investments across diverse infrastructure sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist throughout the transaction lifecycle, including financial modelling, valuation analysis and due‑diligence activities.
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations in collaboration with senior team members.
• Represent the fund with external stakeholders, attend AGMs and maintain relationships with partners.
• Support ongoing asset‑management functions such as performance monitoring, evaluation and preparation of key investment decisions.

Required profile

• Senior Analyst or Associate‑level experience, preferably in investment banking, secondaries, or infrastructure investing.
• Demonstrated interest and basic understanding of infrastructure assets or secondary markets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
