Investment Banking Senior Analyst – Real Estate

About the role

The Investment Banking Senior Analyst – Real Estate will support clients in raising capital and delivering strategic advisory services for mergers, acquisitions, and other financial transactions. Working within Citi's Institutional Banking team, you will act as a strategic advisor, helping to formulate investment strategies and execute capital market solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior banking officers on client transactions, preparing proposals and strategic plans.
• Organise and analyse sophisticated financial data for client pitches and live deals.
• Prepare written recommendations, valuation materials and statistical exhibits.
• Conduct economic and financial research to evaluate company performance against industry trends.
• Build complex financial models for valuation and capital raising purposes.

Required profile

• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure in a rapidly changing environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Fit and proper assessment under FCA and PRA Certification Regime.
