Investment Specialist Director – Private Equity

About the role

Join the Investment Specialist Group (ISG) and drive fundraising activities for the Private Equity business at Tikehau Capital. You will act as a bridge between the sales and investment teams, ensuring high‑quality marketing materials and client communications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare marketing collateral such as teasers, pitch decks, private placement memorandums and standard due‑diligence questionnaires.
• Coordinate responses to DDQs and RFPs for existing and prospective clients.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the sales team and the investment team, providing regular updates on fund performance.
• Participate in client meetings to support the sales team and promote Private Equity strategies.
• Contribute to cross‑BU initiatives, including tool development, AI implementation and ESG topics.
• Lead the London ISG team, ensuring timely delivery of all commitments.

Required profile

• Graduate or master’s degree in Finance or a related discipline from a recognised university or business school.
• At least 7 years of experience in financial institutions or consulting, with Private Equity exposure considered valuable.
• Proven experience managing junior team members.
• Analytical, detail‑oriented and able to present concepts clearly.
• Highly motivated, proactive and curious.
