Investor Relations Analyst - Capital Solutions

About the role

The Capital Solutions team is looking for an Investor Relations Analyst to support fundraising and investor communication activities from its London office. You will work closely with investment, legal, finance, accounting and marketing colleagues across a global network.

Key responsibilities

• Investor Servicing – manage relationships with existing investors, provide portfolio updates and respond to ad‑hoc requests.
• Distribution Support – prepare briefing materials for investor meetings, research investor backgrounds and align firm products with investor needs.
• Project Management – lead internal projects across the fundraising cycle, including prospecting, product development, database management and pipeline tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1‑3 years of experience at a placement agent, fund‑of‑funds or alternative asset manager.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Hands‑on experience with AI tools and large language models.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective project‑management and organisational capabilities.
• Professional maturity and a proactive, collaborative attitude.
