Investor Relations Associate – Private Equity – London

About the role

Join a leading international large‑cap private equity firm as an Investor Relations Associate. You will support the fundraising lifecycle by liaising with existing and prospective institutional investors, producing communications and managing projects across the IR function.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage ongoing and future fundraising processes, ensuring timely service to institutional investors.
• Produce compelling investor communications, including marketing materials, presentations for annual meetings, LPAC meetings, quarterly calls and other events.
• Contribute to fundraising data rooms by drafting documentation such as private placement memoranda, case studies, due‑diligence questionnaires and related materials.
• Support the digital IR infrastructure, implementing new tools to streamline workflows.
• Build strong working relationships with internal teams including investment, legal, finance and coverage.

Required profile

• University degree with experience in investor relations, placement agents or a similar role within the alternatives industry.
• Client‑centric mindset with a service‑oriented approach.
• Strong work ethic and self‑starter attitude.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships across the firm.
• Interest in private‑equity fundraising and institutional investor engagement.
