IPS Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IPS Team Leader to manage a group of Individual Placement and Support Employment Specialists delivering the Connect to Work programme across North West London. This permanent, full‑time position combines people management with a strong focus on mental‑health employment outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of Employment Specialists to meet and exceed contractual targets.
• Provide regular supervision, coaching, mentoring and field observations.
• Monitor team performance, quality standards and compliance with IPS principles.
• Build and maintain relationships with health professionals, local authorities, employers and community partners.
• Manage operational performance including referrals, participant engagement, job outcomes and retention.
• Analyse data, implement improvement plans and produce reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering and managing IPS programmes.
• Experience leading remote or community‑based teams.
• Strong track record of meeting targets and KPIs.
• Ability to develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Commitment to safeguarding, equality, diversity and inclusion.
