ISO and Compliance Manager

About the role

The ISO and Compliance Manager will ensure Trusted Technology Partnership meets all statutory, regulatory, contractual and certification obligations. You will lead the maintenance and continual improvement of ISO management systems, data security and privacy frameworks, supporting organisational risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, maintain and improve ISO management systems across the business.
• Plan and coordinate internal audit schedules and support external surveillance and recertification audits.
• Maintain controlled documentation that evidences conformity with ISO standards.
• Update and manage compliance registers and risk registers.
• Provide guidance to technical and non‑technical teams on regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in ISO or compliance focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of ISO frameworks and audit processes.
• Excellent documentation, audit and evidence‑tracking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and build effective relationships.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 9001).
• Audit planning and documentation management.

What we offer

• Salary between £40,000 and £45,000 per annum.
