IT 1st Line Support Engineer

About the role

As the first point of contact for technical issues, you will ensure that problems are resolved quickly and prevented from recurring. This high‑visibility position sits at the heart of daily business operations, giving you exposure to infrastructure, cloud services and strategic IT projects.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to help‑desk tickets and deliver fast, reliable resolutions.
• Manage the joiner, mover and leaver lifecycle, ensuring seamless access, device provisioning and system setup.
• Strengthen Microsoft 365 and core collaboration tools.
• Maintain hardware, network equipment and the London office environment to a high standard.
• Participate in Azure, infrastructure and IT project work, building capability and supporting business scaling.
