IT Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced IT Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team in Chester. You will act as the primary liaison between our clients and internal technical teams, ensuring that IT solutions are aligned with business objectives and delivered to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their strategic goals.
• Collaborate with internal technical specialists to design and deliver customised IT solutions.
• Identify opportunities for account expansion, upselling additional products and services.
• Work closely with the Sales Manager to present optimal solutions and drive revenue growth.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering solutions correctly the first time.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or a technical role looking to transition into sales.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to understand client needs.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and commercial teams.
• Self‑motivated with a strong focus on achieving targets.

• Base salary £35,000‑£45,000 per annum plus uncapped OTE.
