IT Analyst – Frontline Support & Projects (EMEA)

About the role

This position provides frontline end‑user technology support and helps deliver IT projects for the London office and other European locations. The analyst will also assist with infrastructure activities coordinated from the Asia headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Follow FCA regulations, CLSA’s Code of Conduct and internal policies.
• Log, track, update and escalate support calls, ensuring issues reach final resolution.
• Perform morning checks during shift rotations.
• Provide front‑line support for PCs, laptops, Microsoft Office suite, in‑house and cloud applications.
• Support market‑data tools such as Bloomberg and WIND.
• Assist with trading‑floor moves, additions and changes.
• Maintain voice, video‑conferencing and telecom systems.
• Coordinate with IT teams in other regions to align with global standards.
• Implement and coordinate IT projects.
• Support remote users via VPN and work flexible hours, including weekends when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 3 years experience supporting trading floors.
• Strong experience with Bloomberg terminals or similar trading applications.
• Advanced technical ability with Microsoft Office, PCs, laptops and mobile devices.
• Good knowledge of LAN networking and video‑conferencing tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Familiarity with desktop operating systems and general infrastructure.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Customer‑service focus and ability to work well within a UK/European team.
