About the role

This apprenticeship offers a 12‑18 month pathway into the IT sector, combining paid employment with structured learning. You will work within an IT environment, gaining hands‑on experience while studying for a nationally recognised qualification.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the IT team with daily operational tasks and user support.
• Participate in networking, cyber‑security and software projects under supervision.
• Complete online and classroom training modules as part of the blended learning model.
• Collaborate with a skills coach and account manager to track progress and prepare for assessments.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Basic understanding of Microsoft technologies (e.g., Windows, Office, Azure basics).
