About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join West Ham United’s Technology Team. This role offers a unique chance to develop a career in information technology while supporting a world‑class football club.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line IT support to club staff across all departments.
• Assist with the set‑up, monitoring and troubleshooting of matchday technology systems.
• Maintain and update hardware, software and network assets.
• Support routine IT service requests and incident resolution.
• Collaborate with senior technicians on projects and system upgrades.

• Passion for technology and a desire to build a professional IT career.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings, weekends and matchdays.
• Enthusiasm for working in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
