IT Asset & Procurement Administrator

About the role

This position sits within the Group IT team of a prestigious blue‑chip organisation in Leatherhead. You will be part of a friendly, supportive team of four, responsible for the smooth operation of the IT Asset & Procurement function.

Key responsibilities

• Process purchase orders for IT hardware, software and consumables.
• Order equipment from approved suppliers and manage deliveries, courier collections and storage.
• Process invoices and support the recharge process.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records and update ServiceNow and internal systems.
• Perform high‑volume data entry, record management and produce Excel reports.
• Receive deliveries, distribute equipment across the office and handle outgoing post.
• Support continuous improvement of administrative processes and work to agreed service levels.

Required profile

• Enjoys structured, process‑driven administration and takes pride in accuracy.
• Previous experience in administration, data entry or data processing.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Positive, proactive attitude with good communication abilities.
• Ability to work accurately on repetitive tasks.
• Procurement or IT experience is beneficial but not essential (training provided).

What we offer

• £170–£180 per day PAYE + Holiday Pay.
• Long‑term contract (initially until December with high likelihood of extension).
