IT Delivery Engineer

About the role

Flotek is seeking an enthusiastic, customer‑focused IT Delivery Engineer to join its dynamic team in Plymouth. You will be responsible for delivering IT projects, configuring Microsoft 365, Azure and a range of hardware and security solutions for small‑ and medium‑size business clients.

Key responsibilities

• Setup and installation of new workstations, laptops and servers.
• Roll‑out Flotek security products, MDR, email threat protection, antivirus and document/password management tools.
• Assist with large‑scale email and data migrations and lead smaller migration projects.
• Configure and manage virtual machines using Hyper‑V and VMware.
• Install and maintain print and dictation devices, LAN networking equipment and firewall devices.
• Deploy bespoke client applications such as legal case handling software.
• Provide hands‑on technical troubleshooting, incident resolution and change request handling.
• Create and maintain detailed project documentation, technical specifications and user guides.
• Onboard new clients and train them on newly rolled‑out technologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a Microsoft Windows environment.
• Strong background setting up, managing or supporting Office 365, Teams, Active Directory, Azure AD and SharePoint.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with the ability to deliver world‑class service.
