IT Desktop Support – Healthcare (Edinburgh)

About the role

Dexcom is seeking an IT Desktop Support professional to join its Edinburgh office. You will be the first‑line, hands‑on point of contact for colleagues across the site, delivering fast and reliable technical assistance in line with agreed service levels.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site desktop support for laptops, desktops and peripherals.
• Perform hardware imaging, operating‑system updates and software installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Configure devices to meet user requirements and corporate standards.
• Log and track incidents using the internal ticketing system.
• Communicate technical information clearly to users of all skill levels.

Required profile

• Legal right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Full‑time availability with on‑site attendance five days a week.
• Proven experience in a corporate desktop support environment.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Windows operating systems (desktop and laptop).
• Hardware imaging and deployment tools.
• Software installation and configuration.
• Troubleshooting of hardware, software and basic networking issues.
