IT, Facilities & Fleet Manager – Operations

About the role

The IT, Facilities & Fleet Manager will lead the organisation's technology, office environment and vehicle fleet, ensuring they operate securely, efficiently and cost‑effectively. This full‑time position supports business objectives while maintaining compliance with relevant policies and legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the external Managed Service Provider (MSP), monitor SLAs and conduct service reviews.
• Oversee IT security, Cyber Essentials accreditation, asset management, user access controls, backups and disaster‑recovery arrangements.
• Maintain website security, performance and access controls.
• Deliver IT projects, system improvements and technology initiatives.
• Ensure safe operation, maintenance and compliance of all office properties, handling contracts, leases, insurance, moves and security.
• Administer the vehicle fleet, including procurement, returns, insurance claims, fuel contracts, GPS tracking and P11D processes.
• Lead supplier relationships, contract renewals, invoice approval and budget support.
• Provide leadership to the Fleet Administrator and support internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and third‑party providers.
• Knowledge of cyber security standards, business continuity and systems administration.
• Background in facilities, fleet and contract management.
• Strong project, organisational and budget management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
