IT Helpdesk Officer (London)

About the role

The IT Helpdesk Officer will be based in Kings Cross and support Single Homeless Project’s teams across London. You will ensure that staff have reliable technology, enabling them to deliver vital services to people experiencing homelessness.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line technical support to colleagues in all locations.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Office 365 services and cloud‑based applications.
• Manage system access and uphold security standards.
• Coordinate with third‑party providers for internet, telephone and other IT contracts.
• Set up and configure IT equipment on‑site at new locations.
• Contribute to IT projects, including system implementations and service upgrades.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑focused attitude with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Experience working in a fast‑moving, multi‑site environment.
• Commitment to the charity’s mission and values.
